Internal export, import, and manufacturing platform

Built an internal platform that runs export, import, and manufacturing projects from cost estimate (BOQ) through delivery note (Surat Jalan), putting costing, purchasing, in-house factory, import, and warehouse teams on one shared dataset.

Designed per-item supply routing across purchasing, factory, and import, with a six-level factory cost breakdown from B0 to B5, so every item is traceable from source to warehouse while margin stays visible only to permitted roles.

Linked inventory to delivery so only Ready to Deliver stock can ship, covering 100+ delivery notes a month, with stock recalculating automatically on returns and partial cancellations.

Added an AI assistant and Excel auto-cleanup that map messy price files to the right items and answer cost questions in plain language, backed by a shared library of 10,000+ standardized items and 8 permission roles with per-feature view, create, edit, and delete rights.
